According to the rules of the site it is still classed as incest which is why it's tagged as such.

No. Prologue is prologue. It's not Chapter 1. But it is v0.1. Chapter 1 is v0.2. This latest release is Chapter 5 which is v0.6. Chapter 6 which will be v0.7 is still months away.
