hi all, no matter what i try i cant seem to get the Blended family ending. I've now replayed it 3 times, even with the mod, but did not work. Is there anybody that knows where i can just see the ending :) just want to know how it looks like :)

Many thanks all!

Damn it's hard to go on a solo-Jaye + friends with Mallory route. The game isn't giving me options to turn her down.

Yeah thanks, i've tried with these steps and with the walkthrough found here, but still did not work :(
Maybe you are lacking the love points requirement? But that is in the post soprano31 wrote too. Worked for (almost, seems not with you) everyone. Probably you are missing just a small unnoticed detail like to get this scene in the pic bellow you can't be in an open relationship with Jaye or have 2 or more cheating points with Jaye too.

Also (I know it is confusing the diagram) but you have to get the scene on the pic below Depart 2 with Mallory, in my first attempt for that "ending" I was doing something wrong and not getting that one so I could say I still had feelings for Mallory, the variable #67 there. I had to backtrack those variables and do it right. Screenshot 2025-01-31 135045.png

If nothing works for you maybe you can "force" the scene(s) with URM. That is the easy way out hehe.

I... don't get why people are so hype about this game. I'm on chapter 4, doing solo-Jaye because I know this isn't a harem game so there doesn't seem to be much point going for multiple paths and then getting punished for cheating. And it's just... underwhelming. The story is meh, the characters are meh, Jaye is meh, the visuals are good but not exactly top tier, and the sex scenes so far haven't been at all hot. They keep referencing how the mc looks like a boyband singer, which is true, he looks atrocious; so why don't they change his appearance! And Mallory keeps hitting on me despite me always turning her down.

Except you can get the throuple path, and won't be punished...

1. Reject Mallory route when she asks about relationship and enter Jaye Romance route in previous chapters, the open relationship route is false hope;
2. Make sure your love points with Mallory and Jaye are very high, i.e., maximize their love points;
3. When Jaye is feeling down, choose "Ask her what's wrong", then when in the online conference scene, choose " I'd like to phone a friend";
4. At the end of your journey with Mallory, choose "I wish things were different";
5. If everything goes well, after having sex with Jaye, she will talk about invite Mallory back into their lives, then voila, you enter the true throuple route.

- Choose to be in a committed relationship with Jaye at the resort.
- In chapter 9, you need to phone a friend to get Jaye in the John Hopkins program.
- In chapter 9, after spending time at the cabin with Mallory, tell her you wish things could be different.
- In chapter 9, when you have sex with Jaye, her love score must be 95 or higher (this is probably the hardest part) and Mallory's must be 80 or higher.

And chapter 4 is SO early in the game, in fact it is so early, it's some of the stuff they will be cleaning up later in the final edition of the game.

Thanks, I might try that run. Two questions:

1. Should I avoid side girls like Bianca?
2. Is a solo-Jaye run fun?

You should just really honestly have fun with the game if it's your first run.

You can always slap on the mod to help as well.

It's been 6 months or more since I've last played, so I can't remember if doing any side girls have any negative impact.

Pretty sure neither Jaye nor Mal really care who you sleep with unless you've committed to a relationship. I definitely slept with a side character or two on my poly save without issue. After committing, they care a lot. That said, certain choices might leave you short that necessary points if you're going for poly ending.

No AVN will check most/all the boxes for every person.

If you think the story, characters and Jaye... are meh, then it is likely this AVN is just not for you.

I'm one of the people who likes the story, enjoys the characters and their interactions, and thinks that Jaye is Smokin!!

Yes - the early sex scenes were underwhelming, but they did get better as the dev's got better with the software and upgraded their hardware.

I chalk that up to the learning curve I expect to see from devs on their first AVN.

I've played both AVNs in your profile and, for me, Chasing Sunsets is in the same high tier as both of them.

From your commentary, you would disagree - so it seems like CS is just not one of those AVNs that grabs and keeps your attention.

GL finding others that you enjoy as much as the two in your profile.

Cheers!! :coffee:

Iam at chapter 5 but iam on every girl route i know in these games at some point you have to choose one path so i will have fun as possible as i can till i cant anymore , and i noticed the girls talks about ur relations with the other girls passively for example mallory knew there is something in ur relation with jaye when you split the sandwish after that she had fun with you at the beach , and at the end its just a game do what is fun for you without caring what will happen at the end .

I hate "harem" so much and if its not avoidable i dont play the game , i prefer being on multi routes at the beginning of the game to know the characters more and then i choose who would i stick with later .
It happened perfectly with me in "being a dik " as at some point i had to choose and i did "sage" - iam weak to redheads - and still with her cz i hate cheating as well .

That game is off the scales too difficult due to the free roams.
