Hmmm Jaye asks if MC slept with Tara and choices was lie and say no or tell truth and say yes, But in my playthrough he didn't sleep with her.

I'd be surprised if the game will let us live happily ever after with both girls. We'll eventually have to pick. But I'd be equally surprised if we can't safely fool around with them for a couple more chapters (assuming we make the correct choices).
Are you saying that you did not sleep with Jaye or that you did not sleep with Tara?

You see it later in a flashback, but the MC will always have sex with Tara before leaving his family after the fight at the graduation party

It was a little confusing for my too, but if you keep playing for a bit you will get a flashback about sleeping with Tara.
