But with the previous save in the 4 Chapter I got maximum points. So It doesn't make any sense, why only in the 3 Chapter it is impossible to get maximum points.
No, without modding - and the huge possbility to kill the game while doing this - it is since chapter 3 not longer possible to max out points with both charakters. This is not a "harem" game.
I think there is one specific decision where you have to choose whose points to max. You can either buy a belly button piercing or Han Solo. There is no way to get around it. You pick which girl to max but you can't pick both. There will probably be more decisions like this going forward.
I don't think the belly ring or action figure consequences are in the game yet. The path that separates which girl gets maxed out in Ch3 is how you handle the docks. To max Mallory out, you have to compete with Jaye at the docks and then text Mallory for help, IIRC.
Doing this type of thing, though, ultimately won't matter if the dev sticks to what they've said. This is not a harem game (although "harem" is a loose term, since normally 2 LIs don't constitute a harem), so trying to follow both girls' paths in the same playthrough won't work in the end. I strongly recommend one set of saves for the Jaye path and another set of saves for the Mallory path. You're not going to be able to get both girls in the end in a single playthrough.
By the same token, they said very early on that it wasn't necessary to max out either girl unless you want to get an achievement. I like maxing one and tanking the other because it causes more drama, but it isn't necessary to achieve maximum points to achieve a positive result with that girl's storyline. They encouraged you to use emotional intelligence to get a good ending. For all we know, having close to max points with both girls in the final chapter will cause the most drama and heartbreak. I can't wait.
The colors, textures and lighting are amazing and Jaye is more beautiful and sexy than ever. It would be heaven if the DEVs could embed me in their VN for real ...

So you had the option for the MC to say to himself that people are lost at sea all the time, I assume, right? That was greyed out for me; did you pick that? I would guess that the MC thinks that but Lisa dives in and saves Jaye anyway, correct? So it probably just makes Lisa think you're an asshole and so very possibly you hurt the MC's chances for getting the company for himself.She might run away and try to trick you into a hydraulic press. The best part for me was the very detailed facial expressions on Jaye and Mallory, really top notch renders that hook you into connecting with the characters. Another game on here that I'm going to have to curb my enthusiasm so I do not go insane waiting for an update every day! 
Maybe I remember wrong but, didn't MC block his phone number on Jaye's phone? So Jaye should be able to call MC but if he tried to call her she wouldn't see it.
The blocking is effective on incoming calls and not on outgoing calls. Jaye can call MC but can't receive MC call nor textos.

Still seems strange to me you can freely interact with someone you have blocked.
You decide to call the blocked number, it's your will, but you don't want the blocked number to call you as it pleases ...
