Still wrong, because sloppy seconds has absolutely nothing to do with how many time she's been with the first guy, nor being dumped, nor the emotional stuff, all of which were in your "definition". It's strictly what Ragnar said - being the next guy in right after the first guy finished.

Really, if you can't follow your heart and listen to your conscience what are those achievements worth? It would be like "Darn. I didn't get a trophy for swimming in wet garbage because I couldn't stand the smell. IMO, the achievement for letting Jaye drown is a badge of shame.

No, I believe if you call for help she still gets rescued. But there's also a do-nothing choice like "People get lost in the sea every day" that you can only choose if you have very low points with her.

that's why I never saw the choice, I think I only missed 1 point with Jaye for looking at both.

Well, at least this dev had the good sense not to have both Mallory and Jaye drowning, and make us pick which one to save. Would have been a one-way-trip to Delete County

If you did not answer Fiona's text at the beginning Ch4, you will (mostly) stop receiving text from her through the remainder of the game...There may be a closure text of some sort, because that's what chicks do.
