I know this is modded Sims 4 but how does he create pictures with dialogue? does he use another H game engine and puts pictures he took in sims 4 game (via the ingame camera) into the H game engine and then from there adds dialogue? I've wanted to this for a while but wasn't sure how one makes a game like this.
