I was going to post the absolute cinema image but seeing this in the preview images made me realise you yourself beat me to the punch. Yeah, according to the game's Twitter (X?), the developer is looking for voice actors.

Voice acting will be the update after im not delaying it for the voice actor. Theres only a few audio tracks (sfx, bgs, bgm) so I have to work on some workaround to fit voice acting on there somehow as its own unique track. Definitely not delaying the update just for that lol.

Only those? Damn, just knowing that I can sense that will give you some headache, so good luck with the workaround!

Though I think you could just use the voices as SFX, however that would not be that intuitive for the players who just want to mute the voices; oh well, I'm just a rookie who doesn't know anything, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

massive blah blah blah below. TLDR: I may have found a fix, download the file, extract it, put on CHKN0.4Alpha\www\js\plugins, and replace the file. See if it works! (it only works on new saves).
