The tag stays until the new build is released and dropped. The tag will be removed automatically as far as I understand.

I love coping as much as the next guy, and indeed Vanny released a Patreon post showing that they aren't fucking dead, but I've seen cases where devs return with an update post... only to leave for milk and cigarettes again.
Granted, a lot of the issues come with the fact most of us here are freeloaders who don't (or can't) support Vanny financially in the first place and obviously doesn't have the most up-to-date information like the Discord server members, and those who does ONLY say "the game is still alive" but without any specifics, what state the game is at, or what direction is the update going for. So we have no idea what even is going on besides Vanny implementing the new model revamp,

Let's be honest, this guy is making almost $950 on Patreon just for an update he posted a year ago. He keeps promising and saying he'll add more stuff, but this sounds like something YandereDEV would do: just show signs of life and promise more stuff without doing anything worthwhile. This is what I've been thinking ever since I saw a guy wanting to be untagged as an abandoned post just because of a Patreon post that was just more promises and apologies.

aside from that, Vanny hasn't been just... sitting on his ass the whole year this update has been "in development" as a matter of fact I can confidently say I have SEEN Vanny work on the game FIRSTHAND, in other words, SHUT UP NON-BELIEVERS, I can vouch that vanny isn't "allegedly" working, I've seen it, I can't exactly show that stuff tho, that's like... classified, and stuff (It's also rude to record that stuff behind someones back)
but I know people are still gonna take time out of there day to say that it's just more hopium and no concrete evidence and to that I say FIND A HOBBY
also, 1 year isn't a long time for a believer, remember, a non-believer has to win every time, while a believer only has to win once, I learned that from silksong believing, which only took me 6 years
so not to be cliche or anything, but you non-believers may win countless battles...

CHKN is live.
Although my interest might die when it will come out. I save it in my collection but might not even gonna play it. It's just the thing that sometimes happens and I can't do anything about it. But it's FNAF WITH MORE ROBOTS THAN FURRIES, so I will believe.
