Got a question though since the description reads initial F95release 0.07
Is there any higher release version somewhere out there and this is just a free demo?
Unfortunately the Steam page is blocked in my country and so is dlsite.

It's from the developers ci-en (blog/patreon kind of) it's just a demo for the people that supported them while they work on it.

Isn't even a store page on DLsite for it yet, let alone something like Steam.

You can't buy it yet. You can see it in-game by messing with the save file. I am sure somebody in this thread already mentioned how.

You can change it and start a round, then it works. White blank screen is only in "lobby"

So, if it's white screen, then it works in the stage? Noted, gotta try it later.

I did a brief skim of the creator replies on cien.

Plans are for a release around the beginning of next year. There will be voice work, defeat events, and hypnosis events in the release version. At least, that's the goal so far.
