The save file only adds lines for certain things like the eyemask the first time it is relevent (when you get the eyemask for the first time). Adding the line manually should work just fine, or you can change either the enemy or enemy behaviour like below to also get the eyemask without having to manually add lines to the save file.
The best method is to upgrade "Increased strength" in the menu at least once, then going into the save file and setting "Stamina" to some ridiculously high number. You need to upgrade Increased strength for Stamina to show in the save file (similar to the eyemask situation Hstrike has).

This is what you're looking for. It should be around halfway down into the save file (it is for me at least). If a variable hasn't ever changed for you, it often isn't added to the save file yet. So if you just downloaded the game and haven't gotten the event where your bra gets stolen, the variable might not be in there yet.
Either way, if it's not in the file you can either add it manually by copy-pasting some other variable and changing the name (just remember to also copy the }, at the end) or just save and exit before a stop and then use interrupt to savescum until you got the event normally.
The closest to KP that is still active-ish(though updates are here and there) is going to be that Light Space Love or whatever game.
There was also Saria Reclaim, which the developer threw away. However, that game was only good before the Visual Novel style.
There is another game, Goblin's Exclusive Sex Slave something, but its present development stage is very trashy/grind-heavy and boring. I don't advise playing it cause it is a snooze fest unless you are cheating to unlock stuff early or grab a save(if there is a save) for that.
But they have? The game is demo, this is demo product till full launch of said product. (Which someone gave a date of this year, I forgot when.)
The devs had posted multiple things on their Ci-en page.

That first image is kind of a bombshell, are these all placeholders or is it legitimately new content you can play?
It is unused assets from the existing demo folder which may or may not be in the final product. Just cause they are there, doesn't mean they will end up being used.
KP is a good example of this, when it had the former infirmary thing and then the infirmary room itself just remained in the game.

So tentacle arts are in the game already, guess there is no logic for them yet, or other actions are needed to make them appear. I wonder how they will work though.
My guess is that Boss3 will be similar to Boss2, but instead of mech-arms there will be tentacles.
