I can only talk to her about who was on the phone with her and then she has a shower but none of that gives points. I had a look at the WT and it doesn't help, so it must be a bug then or I dunno.

I checked in the game and you get a point if you talk when she's in the shower ("say hi to Kayley") and then you run for your life.
