It sounds like your anti-virus is blocking the app or removing one of the .dll files. Make sure everything is there.

Make sure your anti-virus has not removed Memory.dll

run as admin, all files still there but when i checklist the option it didn't do anything..

I just checked anonfile d/l, it's fine, your antivirus has probably deleted or quarantined it, you may need to turn off your AV while dling, & then set an exemption on your AV.
Note; It's usually best to do that once you've set mod into game, etc, even so, you might only be able to use with AV switched off.
