"Walked into her fate" is the 1st option in the bathroom after losing volleyball.

I tried the same thing with the read18_BTC.ini and read18.ini files but it doesn't work. Do you (or does anyone else) know how to unlock all scenes in the new update?

Open "read18.ini". Find [arch_BC] tag.
Each line as "N="1.000000"", where N is Number from 1 to 135. It're achievments which u got.
If u add strings with the missing numbers from 1 to 135 then u got all achievments.

Yup, same as before.
It was 1 to 102, now it's 1 to 135, but you can add more, the game just ignores numbers above current max.
This time I made a file with 1000 achievements, it should work for the next patches.
rename to read18.ini, place in user/appData/local/Project_6

I have all the scenes unlocked but 2 are bugged. albatare has a solution that is way better, it bypasses the bugs and unlocks all. File is two posts up.
Found an dead end.
While speaking with Pizza Girl on second time, my energy gone empty. Therefore, the game is stuck.

This achievement has no normal way to get it. Only if unlock it through editing a file. U can look few posts before.
Chloe need to talk to Hanna in 4 other bikini, and Hanna says that Chloe can buy the new one with PC.

ALL Achievements Are reachable by regular game-play
"Don't call hm Daddy" i saw 10-20 times, but i didn't get the achievment. And Chloe cannot talk with Hanna, cannot swim, I got only 2 repeatable scenes on the boat. I don't see any way to get it or go further.
"Workout 4" is the same story. I saw scene but got no achievment.
All others i reached by ususal gameplay.
