Do I need Renpy to download/use these files? I'm unable to download them so I assume that's why, but I just want to clarify.

No, you dont need Ren'Py to DL these. They are .rpy files and intended for use within the Ren'Py engine, but you should be able to DL them and drop them in your game folder and overwrite the old ones.
Worst case, you re-DL the full game if you want, but wait a bit as I'm still uploading the fixed games to each of the servers. Should be done in 30 min or so. I'll post when I have all them updated with the correct links.

You have to right click and 'save as'
You can't just single click to download.

massively broken... no actual playable content... kitchen instantly crashes...
literally the only thing that works is the bedroom and the bathroom... yet stats gained will randomly be reset to 0... so good luck with this pile of hot garbage getting it fixed...

Trying to single click is very common here for some reason.
That's how I knew straight away what your most likely problem was.

If you read the previous page you will see the issues on the user end were NOT seen on my end and I fixed them. The files are uploading to the sites now and I can't post updated links until they are done. But, thanks for calling my game garbage. Even though it's my first game, still learning and doing it for free. I just checked your game....oh wait....
There is one small test animation in the game, but no, not yet. I plan to add them, but they take a long time and I want to get the game to a "fun" state first, work out all the kinks and then spend the time to make animations.

It's really hard to say "NO" with all of the criticism. If I say no now, and add ONE sharing scene, I'm on blast. So yes, we tiptoe!Sum : No!!! ... maybe yes ...

Not really needed. You can set the relationships yourself at the beggining of the game.

I'm more confused...You can change EVERY girls relationship during their introductions.... Did you hit "No" when the game asked you?

I honestly don't remember adding any kittens to the game...
If you mean the Kitchen, yes, we identified that and I fixed it. One page back, I posted the two updated files to fix it.

I do apologize to everyone. This roll out didn't go as planned and it seems a lot of people are upset with the mechanics. I will hone them in and get everything working to a "fun" game state. It's my first game, I make mistakes. All i can do is learn from them and build a better game.

I saw that you can choose relationships but there are a lot of women and I don't know which relationship to choose for each female character.

I tried to make them a little obvious, the best I could. Here is "my thoughts" on them.
Mia - Like a little sister
Annie - Like a little sister, a bit older than Mia
Hailey - An older sister, can be a bitch
Jenny - Like a mother
Cammie - Your ex girlfriend
Trish - Neighbor, Emily's mom
Emily - Trish's little girl
