Despite the patcher actually working, when you setup the proper firewall settings for both inbound and outbound and UAC permissions .... (ikr mind-blowing stuff), it wrecks compatibility with at least Windows 10 and thus preventing you from launching it once done.

So .....

Uninstall, Delete, Finished !!!!

Fixed the checking for updates using Kaspersky Total Security firewall restrictions worked for me (both chopshop and updater exes)

Now, I know that I'm super late, but did anyone ever manage to figure out how to fix this game? I tried the already mentioned methods, but none of them worked.
