Turns out after I took a look at the files and messed around with the console, somehow the game can't load a script now, so I am going to re-download

Ya.. sorry. I dont think there are any solutions. I dont even know why Renpy defaults to packaging the game with RPY files. Does it mean a player could edit and it will recompile? Honestly, I didn't even realize Rnpy was packing wit h RPY files.. lol. I never bothered to checkThank you.

I just found out a week ago and recently turned it off, so new versions wont have it. It is just too confusing - and you aren't the first who mentioned trouble with it.I'm a coder, but Renpy itself is 'newish' to me.. Im mean I've been using it constantly now for half a year, but each day some weird thing pops up.

) haha if you need more crystals, feel free to let me know.Yes, IIRC if the .rpy file has more recent edit date the engine will recompile it and use instead of default .rpyc. Including them is also convenient for people who view the script; you can get some bug reports this way you otherwise wouldn't, and it also makes things easier for modders and/or people who'd want to make a walkthrough.
