How the hell is this allowed, the guy is literally ripping assets from another game and using AI to change it and sell on patron.

It is allowed because this is a piracy site. The fact that it's sleazy as fuck doesn't really matter here. If EvaKiss has a problem with it then it's their responsibility to report it to patreon.

That's not how copyright works. Until Eva Kiss confirms this IS made with her permission we can assume this is stolen.

Not to be the wet blanket, this does look hot, but the dev and uploader should seriously take this down before they face some sort of liability. I guarantee this has already been reported to Eva.
Yes, but then so do established comic artists.
The whole thing is kind of bizarre. Like, if you're trying to shamelessly benefit from piggybacking someone else's work, then you'd normally acknowledge the original material, if just so the fans of it have easier time actually finding your little rip-off and you can take advantage of popularity of the IP you're ripping off. But this one is just kinda... out there.

Why work hard, write your own original characters and do some good art when you can just rip off a known VN, do some AI magic and milk some Patreon coomers?
No I did not forget...also no Eva doesn't buy assets, they trace from porn especially blacked.com that's where they got most of their art. sure it's not as simple as trace 1to1 and then you get an Evakiss game there is way more that goes in to it.
The thing eva pays for is someone coloring in the CGS for the game.
I don't know what asset eva does pays for if any, maybe the dicks, a few of them are the same but different skin tone.
I also don't know what has changed with their process since gggb where they were "exposed" for tracing from porn.
But I didn't care about the tracing and I don't care about the AI. Obviously they are using AI to get Cindy, that's the character they are using for this story. Every other character that isn't from ORS they are not stealing.
EK traces images, but then these are subcontracted to artists who do coloring work and are actually paid for it.

Aside from the whole drama here: Why use a character from another game when you do absolutely nothing with her premise? This character here bears the feintest of resemblances to Cindy from ORS, but has none of her character traits, it's about as shallow as can be.

Some of you have contacted me to inquire about the continuation of this project due to a problem that arose after its publication. I want to inform you that this project will continue as long as there is support from you. Also, I have been informed that the game was published on a well known piracy site. I have addressed it and have seen the very destructive comments from the users of that site. I want to make several points clear:
1. I have stolen absolutely nothing from developer EvaKiss' work, neither the story nor the art of her original game. She will get credit for the creation of Cindy's character when chapter one is released in full. This credit has not been included before due to the fact that this is a sample of the product in development.
2. Creating fanfiction from an existing work is not considered theft or copyright infringement; this story was simply created because Cindy is a beloved character to fans, myself included.
3. Posting a digital product on a piracy site without the express consent of its creator and developer is considered theft.
Likewise, we want to make it clear that we are not trying to plagiarize her work, take away her fans or take advantage of the work done by EvaKiss, but it is simply a way to pay tribute to her work.

it is quite funny hearing people argue about "stealing characters" when they jerking off to whatever anime "parody" game they stealing on this site lol
