Ive actually found some sort of full collection on this nyaa tracker, but only difference from the collection we have here is 2 games, one is extremly short and honestly dont worth the effort, the other one is from naked school series, naturally, untranslated. If u want i can upload it here, only second one tho, since the first was deleted already.

You've got to find the .exe and then right click and run the program with "locale emulator" it's a software you'll need to install.

I belive only [4H] 10 Year Anniversary Game can be ran without it.

Is the newest one not working for anyone else? It displayed text in japanese, and then halfway through generating it switches to english and the rest of the text is not working. Its the one with the office worker thingy.

Also the earlier ones have a space between each character, and no extra spacing for the next word making it very hard to read. Is there a fix?

I wasn't able to find all of the scenes but here is a save for Magical Exhibitionist College Girl Christhea with 100% cg and 92% scenes. There are a number of bugs in the translated version so some of the remaining 3 scenes may be ones that you can't find normally.
