I actually prefered the art in those scenes compared to original art and style. The anatomy was more defined, the painterly feel looked better

I'm a huge fan of these devs. and also a patreon, but this update sadly left me blue balled

I'm kind of disappointed. Well... Let's say feelings are mixed. What follow is my subjective opinion, it's not a blame for the devs, just some criticism that I hope, will be heard, from a player who plays mainly Trainer and management/sim games(All kind, from PT of the 80's to the most recent one, be it Indie or not).
Artwork is really good ! There are different style but it doesn't bother me.
The story is somewhat cool to read, way better than most games for sure.
But I feel like the game kind of....Lost itself. Let me explain:
The game's called Ciri Trainer. The whole point of the game is to train Ciri to make her whatever you want.
Thing is, after 4 WHOLE chapters, you kind of.... did nothing with her. I mean, there's 0 variations on every scene, so building up her lewdness is basically useless except for unlocking new scenes. Which is not enough for a "Trainer", Imo.
When I play a trainer, what I expect is doing the same scenes (i.e: grind) and see slight variation during the course of the game, showing the corruption of the girl you train slowly overwhelming her. And here, there's nothing.
We unlock the punishment scene during CHAPTER 1. This scene is EXACTLY the same up to CHAPTER 4. The only variation being the slower progress of her pain (thanks to CHAPTER 3). Dialogue is exactly the same, except MC noticing it, but that's it. And honestly, it's extremely frustrating, because the core of the game is well made.
Worse, when you Unlock scenes via Sign during the Night, it's only one time event ! How could you do that and thinking it was the good thing to do ?! Why not make it repeatable scenes, and add slight variation of Ciri reaction, showing how pervert she became over time, especially after Chapter 3.
(About one time event, don't even tell me that there is a gallery to rewatch event. If I want a Gallery, I go on Hitomi or EG to read some Artist CG story, I don't play a game. Or If I want this kind of game, I play a damn VN, not a TRAINER)
You made an attempt to do that with the whole rejunevation part, with Bukkake and Titjob, and it was really cool, but that's far from enough... and when you saw the whole chain of event, it's done, no repeatable scenes with variations.
There's also babystep on CHAPTER 3 with old friends visiting her.. But 2 variations for like, 6~ stage of lewdness and obedience.... Really? How lazy is that... You don't even have to draw new CG, just slightly modify her eyes, mouth and change the dialogue...
And let's speak about CHAPTER 3, what a disappointment... It could have been the BEST part of the game, but it's ruined by lazyness. No matter how much you increase her lust, there's 0 viariation during the Dungeon phase. Litteraly, 0, variation (Oh, you can turn her around). Except during the start of each phase, there's a tiny dialogue, and then that's it, you grind to the next phase with the exact same reaction, over and over.
The arena concept was cool, even if I'm not a fan of monster things, I kind of enjoyed it.
The Card game is just a facade to hide to the player devs were lazy about the whole trainer aspect.
Same with side characters. You fuck them brainlessly every day, and they have the same reaction, from day 1 to day 100. Hell, there's no change in dialogue with Shina in CHAPTER 4, and you met her in the damn CHAPTER 2... no variations of their face, be it ahego, tongue, eyes, idk, anything.... We only have 1 CG per character, but with variations, it would have been completly fine (see orange trainer). But in the current state, nah, that's pure lazyness.
Same with the monsters. No matter how lewd she get, she only uses her feets. How disappointing... and you know it's disappointing aswell because you added a Skip function, it's like you just gave up on it ... :/
I thought CHAPTER 4 would improve all the aspects of CHAPTER 3, but it was the opposite. In fact it was a complete turn back to CHAPTER 2. Idk what happened on Patreon, but it seems like Devs wanted to try something with CHAPTER 3, and then immediatly switched gear for CHAPTER 4.
Yeah, you can fuck more people on one time event, but that's not the "appealing point" of the game. I would have loved to train Ciri, mess up with her stats, see her evolution over the course of my actions instead of over the course of the story. That's why for me, this game is a Visual Novel with some Trainer elements. But it's not a Trainer, and shouldn't be called Ciri Trainer.
It's been a whole year since CHAPTER 1, and Ciri haven't touched our cock ONCE. So much grinding with so few variation... And I don't want to go through 5 or 6 damn CHAPTERS after 2 whole years of dev to actually START Training her in a TRAINER game.
As a porn game, it's a cool one, a really cool one. As a Trainer, it's a failure.
Maybe devs can try to seek inspiration with Akabur stuff, Orange Trainer, Teaching Feeling, S.U.... Hell, even Princess Trainer in the 80's had more variation and wasn't made to be an H game...
I feel like devs did the bare minimum, and it frustrate me because I can see how great of a trainer this game could have been.
TLDR: Game is cool, art is gorgeous, but it's a bad Trainer.

Very good job! Chapter 4 is my favorite so far. Still not through, a lot of content for one update (like always).
I don't think every Trainer game has to follow the same scheme like Princess Trainer or all the others. I like the fact that it is different, it makes it more exciting. I like the original art work way better though.

I didnt get to play chapter 4 yet. Anyone mind telling me whats wrong with the art? I remember really liking the art style in chapter 3. Anyone can post a picture of chapter 4 to compare?
