I REALLY feel you man. When ch1,2 we had to try corrupt ciri so hard and we got so little by little.. She was so innocent and corrupting her was huge challenge and I was passionate to go further.. but then ch3 starts, It's like "hey- just lock her up and forcefully makes her public slut and everybody freely almost rape her! that should be fun!" happend. So after ch3 I just lost my passion about her. and Yes, I'm really into story. feel me?go ahead, whatever rocks your boat..I am just mad, cos I liked ch1-2 so much: there it was trick and deception and not lock her in the hole and do stuff to her every day.. where is the thrill / chase, slowly corrupting her to the dark side?
Anyone know how to fix the bug where I can't use any of the "climax" toys on her, making it impossible for me to progress?
Climax is achievable only at the end. I think climax bar is hard coded to become gray at certain points.
If you can't use finger/cucumber/dildo, you just need to click on her thighs to make her spread them.
I agree. Besides, I think that developers can return to the trainer route more (less rape-y) in the next chapters. But the 3-d chapter story could be used as a kick to make Ciri more open to the lewd training.
On the other hand it can be used as an additional struggle because she may be affected by the rape and abuse so MC would have to gain more trust to train her.
In the books Ciri was a virgin (biologically - no mentioning of any penetration), but had lesbo sex with a female Rat gang member called Mistle. So I am not sure why absence of virginity was not mentioned at all if developers take some lore from the books.
Yeah I thought I was bugged with that issue, but it was just a case of spreading the legs.
Now i have completed it fully, tbh I don't get peoples issue with the content of this chapter. I mean the very first thing you do to ciri is physically punish her until she submits to performing oral on some dryad. Though I guess this chapter took it up a notch in fairness.
I can't speak for the devs, but if I had to guess I imagine this chapter is a means of skipping over the traditional several updates worth ofgrinding reading kinky books, whilst slowly increasing the level of sexual contact with the MC, that trainer games typically exhibit.

I'm heavily conflicted. I don't want to Tarnish my perception of Ciri with lewd material. I usually don't mind other characters but I just can't do it to Ciri...

It's called taking on the character you're playing. A part of immersing yourself into a story.

chapter 3 feels too sudden.
kind of ruins the sense of corruption progression we've achieved thus far.

Respectfully speaking, this chapter feels like a jump the shark kind of moment. All of the work we put in to gradually corrupt Ciri in chapters 1 and 2 feel like they meant nothing because now we just force her the whole way until she is reduced to an obedient and sexually aroused puppet. There's no more agency on her part.
What was the point of the mysterious being who warned our character to break Ciri or else suffer the consequences, when Bonhart here does the job for us? I felt like by the end of chapter 2 we had been making steady enough progress that we could have met that expectation in time.
And I expected, based off of the way that chapter 2 wrapped up, that we would find and rescue Ciri ourselves before very long, so to spend pretty much the entire chapter in this asshole's point of view was largely just unpleasant.
And I get it, this is porn, 'don't try and take the moral high-ground' etc, but it really was distasteful. I'm disheartened that this is where an otherwise excellent game brought us.

Well, this game changed the pace really fast.
I don't like the enslavement part but also not hate it, i would prefer something completely different..
UI stuff and gameplay stuff, art as always is really cool and the gwunt minigame but from the story aspect i would prefer playing as Ciri in chapter 3 that got lost in the woods or something and need to use some of the lewdness/training tricks to find help in local village, dealing with bandits and stuff like that.
Im not really into monsters doing stuff with Ciri so i skip that whenever i can.
Overall i'm still waiting for Yennefer, but i can see this dev may be on the team B when it comes to Yen and Triss.
