where is the animation like in "the girls in the big city"? all we got is "thump, thump, thump" and that's it.

GiBC got much less support than countless games with no animations at all, despite its numerous high quality animations.
First chapter of CT had no complex animations like GiBC had, and it still got more support than GiBC.

We still animate some scenes, but it's no longer a priority. Because animating is a difficult and time consuming job. So if animations (evidently) don't mean much for most players, we might as well spend our time on other aspects of the game.

Guess people should have supported GiBC more than games with no animations to show us that animations are important, rather than taking them for granted

yea I'm not sure in which direction this story goes cuz the gangbang doesn't fit so far in my opinion

It's one of possible endings, and it pretty much should have happened in TW3 if Wild Hunt had means to win there.

Will the Wild Hunt just suddenly appear with no context to signal the ending?

Wild Hunt was in the game since chapter 1.
Unless you skip all text, in which case there will be no context for everything

I am only watching this game because of that, but I suspect the odds of that happening are slim.

Now, now. We have other ideas too, but BR is one of possibilities.

Was hoping the Monster Dungeons could be expanded upon more. Like having Ciri extract more ingredients by having the option to perform different sex acts (like BJ, Penetration, Anal) instead of just the foot job.

The dungeon is kinda gross, since none of the monsters in The Witcher are especially attractive.
Drowners look like bloated corpses, for example.
Honestly, that aspect of the game seems ill thought out.

I get it. To me the monster hunting and capturing not only made the game much more Witcher focused, but the dungeon mechanic also introduced a new level of submissiveness to Ciri (which I was hoping would be expanded upon).
But its up to you, and if what I read about the next chapter being the last is true, then I guess it didn't make it.

I wont hate it though, just something I wish was more of in the game. Even as an optional side task.

You're misattributing the reason for the successes of your games. Gitbc wasn't less popular than Ciri trainer because of animations. Obviously the first reason is the titles, ''Girls in the big city'' just isn't very good a title (sorry for this I know everyone thinks they're a critic and that its very hard naming things). It tells nothing of what the game is about or, more importantly, who it is about. Hard to get new backers interested with only that. Then you have ''Ciri trainer'', a female character from one of the most popular game series around and a distinct naming pattern found in many porn games, most namely the very popular Akabur. It tells us what it is and who the game is going to be about.

Still I agree when you say that unfortunately most people are more interested in quicker updates than higher quality scenes.

On the monster dungeons thing, I think that if you're going to have it in the game at all, might as well properly polish it with additional scenes. To be honest though I'd prefer if the whole thing was scrapped altogether.

Oh, I'm not comparing GiBC to Ciri Trainer.
You can compare GiBC to Good Girl Gone Bad. No Akabur naming pattern, no advanced animations, no popular characters involved.

I don't see people complaining about the lack of animations in GGGB thread despite its waaaay bigger support, allowing even to hire a dedicated animator or two, if needed

Same with CT, even now it has more animations than more supported games ever will. It's not our choice, it's players choice.

There is no content stripped from the game
There is only content that wasn't used yet because it was added too early - like last stages of training animations - which will be available in chapter 5 anyway.

How long is the game on the current version from start to end ? (your version of the gwent looks nice.

No idea tbh, never checked how many time it takes to beat the game
At any rate, for new players it would be better to wait for the release of chapter 5 before starting playing.
