I love your game, I can see how much effort you put into creating it, and that's why I'm reminding you once again how to fix the animation transitions, these glitches shouldn't exist, and since you use so many animations, the glitches are constant, trying to fix them in the future could be a monumental task, I posted previously how it should be done, take a look.

Firstly, your welcome for the moral support and I look forward to seeing what direction you take the story with your vision.

Secondly, I tried to join the discord through the link provided in the op but it wasn't letting me join. I don't think it has anything to do with the age verification as I am in 3 other avn channels. I wanted to point out that there is an issue with the video animations when you click through them and suddenly stop on one of them they stop earlier than they should instead of playing the whole animation scene.

Lastly, I wanted to suggest that you consider looking at changing your gallery because what you have designed so far looks very clean but as you get more videos displayed per character having more displayed on the screen might be better for the user instead of scrolling left or right. At the moment its not something important but eventually it's something to look at.

Update was disappointing, and it's concerning for the future of the game as well.

First of all what the game needed was some real progress with girls like May, etc, along with story content, but you dumped too many story content with this update, with very little progress with some girls, and sex with one of girls MC already had sex, and that's very bad especially considering how long it did take this update to come.

Secondly the whole ''best friend'' thing is really nonsense, and makes the ground-story is poor, that's really bad move, you talk about how you went changes for story, etc, listened people, but this is really bad for story, I'm surprised you can't see this how badly gonna affect the story, and make a lot of stuff nonsense.

You really should focus on more balanced content for relationship progress + lewd stuff with girls, and story. And bring the relationship MC & May had before this update, this game easily can be 5 star rate game if you fix CONS, and problems it had before this update, and the ones you created with this update.

Considering how much new content and work went into it, this update was actually pretty fast.

If you're talking only about the update, sure, the balance leans more toward story. I get that you don't like it. But you should look at the game as a whole. I added something it's been missing for a long time.

The only thing nonsense here is judging the entire game solely by the relationship with May. The characters' backstories are already written in the GDD, and we're following that plan. Once everything is revealed, you'll see. The relationships are still developing - not every girl is ready for that stage yet.

Latest update was pretty short as expected as animations like that consume a tremendous time developing.

The animations improved even further. Already liked this content in 0.2 but it seems like Dev gets more and more comfortable with the engine. The experience is a lot stronger on the visual side making the scenes more lively. There are still some gaps regarding transition, but it is really damn good in its current state and i cant keep myself from wondering what content we might enjoy with some further time and improvement. The fighting scene was pretty damn impressive. Props!

The writing improved as well comparing it with 0.2. Its a bit more fluid, not a masterpiece, but some lines were pretty good.
Sometimes it feels like i just jump to the next scene, this is giving me the feeling of a more episodic vibe like the scenes are complete components stuck together to maintain the common theme. This was the case with 0.2 too, but it got better with 0.3. I would recommand to explain or state the switch of scenery from a narrators perspective between scenes.

Overall i enjoyed it a lot. Thanks a lot for your efforts <3

Well, I wouldn't call it short - this update now makes up nearly 40% of the game's total text.

As for scene transitions, I'm not sure how it's usually done in other games, so yeah, my inexperience might show there. But I'll think about improving that.

Personally I don't care about non-sex animations and I think it's a waste of dev time. The still renders should be enough to convey the story with some 2-3 shot simili-animations. You're not making a movie or an anime, it kinda sucks compared to the real stuff. But I guess it's what the dev gets a hard-on for.

The game's been like this from the beginning. But yeah, I do get a hard-on for animations, and I'm gonna keep doing it. Thanks.


As for the school bugs, I haven't run into any myself. If you still notice that issue after the public release, I'll try to help you out.

Hopefully, I won't have to see any more incest fans around here - it's not worth my time, and I'm not going to respond to or cater to that. Just ignore the thread.

Now I get what you meant.
Thing is, I made the game with the idea that skip mode (transitions) should only be used for skipping, not for regular gameplay. A lot of the animations, sfx and music are timed carefully so that everything flows smoothly - exactly the way I planned it. Playing with skip mode on can mess with that and make the experience feel off, so I'd recommend using it only when you really need to.

I've taken note of what you said and will think about it later to figure out the best way to handle it. Your approach definitely makes sense, but even if I go with it, it might throw off the timing for sounds and music in some scenes. Reworking what's already done wouldn't be the best use of time, especially with how many animations there are.

In the next update, I'll add a note in the options screen saying this mode isn't recommended for regular gameplay.

As far as I remember, May and the MC never had any blood relation. It seems to me that she's more like a half-sister, and in fact the MC often calls her “sis.” Still, it's true that there's some ambiguity about the nature of the relationship between May's father and the MC. But as the dev said, everything will be explained in due course. In any case, whether she's a sister, half-sister, or childhood friend, she's too hot!

Yeah well, lots of devs got forced by patreon to change their avns as every other course of action would equate to the risk of getting their project and funding deleted entirely for a hobby/job which consumes lots of time and money.

Its just irrational and immature to blame the devs for this who got fucked over this already and were forced to adjust their avns.

And i can understand it if the incest is a main part of the main plot like in two avns on my mind right now and where deleting the incest kinda fucks the story over but this simply isnt the case here.

That's probably a temporary bug as a result of quickly trying to appease the censors so the developer can continue getting a little income from the game. There is an icon in the top left corner that tells you who to visit. At some point, you will need to visit certain people twice.

I didn't sleep through that at all. There are alternatives to Patreon and Steam, they are the worst platforms when it comes to making material with any sort of taboo content. Too many rules and censorship, only the most Vanilla stuff is allowed.

I just think that if you're going to include something in your project, you either commit to it and stand by it - or don't bother. Having inconsistencies like that in the writing just hurts the experience and quality. Also, I live next door to Australia...they have always been sensitive and ban everything over there

So I guess I'm to assume that the younger Grace who still lived with her father was from a different reality than the one where the MC watches her masturbate in the SirenEyes bathroom. And so, while Evan (her father) went to the Dark Side in Grace's younger reality, his meeting the MC from older Grace's reality shows the Dark Side has no real tie to time, or at least not that from somewhere outside of the Dark Side. Does that also mean that Evan could still be alive and not an acolyte in older Grace's reality?

Of course, if a half-sister, she'd still be blood-related (sharing one of the two parents). I think their families (maybe just fathers) were close enough that May and the MC became good friends, and then when everyone started dying in their families, they grew even closer and relied on each other as if they were siblings. It's why he calls her "Sis" and why they both say they're "like family". Think something sort of like Orange and Tangerine from Bullet Train (they called each other "brother"), but with the obvious differences in the comparison.
