F1 engine specs are regulated aka base specs are same on every engine, horsepower isn't told.That's like thinking a Formula 1 car is slow because they don't give out the engine specs...
That's exactly my point. The performance specs of the engine, which is the truly important piece of information, isn't published. The base specs is entirely meaningless to how competitiveness an engine is, as they are all regulated to a specification, meaning everyone has to follow it.
It's like saying a bunch of games are all renpy games. That in itself is entirely meaningless in terms of how much content is there, or how enjoyable the games are. The question wasn't about the tech, but the "performance".

on top engines (mercedes, honda, ferrari) there aren't/shouldn't be more than 10-25 hps more between engines, renault is different thing since even during V8-era their engine wasn't top engine and currently they just suck.

He's still making over 5000$ / month on Patreon alone, last time I checked, and yet his last post on Patreon was nearly one year ago. Depending on the point of view, the money he's still raking may be or may not be an incentive to work on another game
I do hope we'll hear something from him too. I'm curious to see if City of Broken Dreamers is just another "one hit wonder" (like Leap of Faith ) or the author can deliver more high quality stories.

Patreon is paused since he released COBD final chapter so he's not getting any money from there. I didn't know it paused Patreon. Kudos to him for making the right thing. I was mislead by Patreon still listing the monthly income. As for Depraved Awakening, I know it gets high praises around here, but imho it's a bit overrated. Good work for a debut, but far from being a 'classic'. That's always imho of course.

Depraved Awakening was a very popular AVN and it is a classic now, therefore CoBD is NOT another 'one hit wonder'.
Anyway, if he were working on a new game, we would have heard about it from him by now.

Maybe, but he could also be working in secret so that he can release an entire first chapter.
I think you need to pause Patreon manually each billing afaik, so I think if he hasn't just deleted his Patreon is because he still plans on doing something or is on the fence.

Well yeah, I mean I have moved on from this game, I just don't consider it 100% dead since like I've said the dev has to manually pause billing on Patreon everytime so if he is doing that it means he hasn't completely moved on, different story would be if they had deleted his Patreon.
That being said I don't have many expectations of ever getting a new game I just check from time to time in case we got news, I already had my fun with Depraved Awakening and COBD and both games are finished so it's not that big of a deal if he decides to move on.

I guess you are quite a bit confused: dead? alive? the game has been completed more than 1 year ago.
Why should he pause the billing? he's simply selling the game via Patreon. If he pauses the billing, he wouldn't be able to sell the game on Patreon anymore.

yep and renew pausing once in a while.
supporters can get game etc from patreon and if they are new money goes on patreon account but he can't withdraw it or other monies.
