Katie is the most delicious comfort food. A home-made stew with top quality ingredients that has been left to simmer for hours, only to be tasted at home after a hard-days work. It requires patience, effort and some knowledge (nothing crazy though) but in the end it rewards you, warming both your belly and your heart.
I can't wait to help myself to some of this delicacy. In the meantime I'm stuffing myself with lobster and booze. You know, a man needs to eat and to keep hydrated. I'm not complaining .
