Yup. You need to have depravity points. When you get to the point to choose between Carli or Venus scene, pick Venus, she'll give you the option to pretend that she's Victoria and that's how you get that scene.
Correct, appearence is not a scene though.. she had other snall appearances over the course of the game, only one scene though :/

Maybe the Cyberpunk 2077 is created based on the City of Broken Dreamers? And it seems: the Poles are very far from the graphic level of PhillyGames!
Don't know, but you could always try this:
Just download the pc version, unpack, copy the "Game" folder.
Then open the old mac version and drill down through resources and autorun until you see the "Game" folder. Delete it and paste from the pc version.
