If you can't pay rent you get kicked out of the apartment and you get a Bad End thing where you end up returning to your home village, they're still happy to see you return though and the vibe is generally positive.

I made a deal with Richard where I tell Laura I gave him the money and he helps me out in exchange he gets free use and that he will see me tonight, but I can't make it to tonight because the game ends.

Yeah, after failing to get enough money together you also need to refuse Richard so that Laura kicks you out.

Oh, and you also need to turn down Sofia's offer to train with her of she'll bail you out for the remainder. The game gives you plenty of opportunities to keep from hitting the Bad End so you need to dodge all of them in order to get it

Did you reject Sofia's offer to work out with her in private? That might be another route you wanna scratch. Not sure what else it could be. I rejected the drug deal, rejected helping at the cafe, rejected Sofia's private workouts... Uhh... Dunno if there's anything else.

Do you get the scene in the park where Sofia talks about asking Pike for help?

Edit: Did you buy the blue (more expensive) dress? No clue if that's required, but Pike likes it.

Just to expand on this, there are different routes depending on whether you wear the red or the blue dress first.

The red dress has you work in a different club ran by Pike's sister where you do a private pole dance and then have sex with him, whereas the blue dress results in a classy date where you get picked up in a limo so it's not just a small variation of the same scene.
