Overviews are there to explain what's going on, it's their entire purpose for existing.

If you're not going to read them and come up with the dumbest excuse i've read to date then that's on you not the dev.

It's made pretty obvious she's investigating someone. You're given that in the first meeting she has with her boss.

You saying I don't understand when you won't even read the what's in the opening post says more about you than me flower.



Yeah, deff need a LOT more explanation on why she is the way she is.

I got the gist of what's going on and what she is but what has been said and hinted at doesn't match how she acts.

Her past and how people talk to her speaks of someone experienced and capable but she acts like a confused amateur that's never spoken to another living being before everytime she has to talk to someone.

Lets not even talk about the sex scenes and "flirting" where she freezes up and comes across like a virgin.

I mean that in the literal sense. I've only ever seen people lock up like that when they have no experience with flirting.

Playing her as a lesbian she gets taken out of her comfort zone by a stripper, runs away, freezes up when the hot muscle momma flirts with her and then goes from eating out Cait to shutting down again afterwards.

She's a massive contradiction that makes no sense.

It's enjoyable and i'm interested to see where it's going but it would be nice to know why she's all over the place.

If someone gave me the scenes separately I would swear they were different characters.

Edit - I take back the playing lesbian part. Seems like this will be similar to Jessica's stuff and picking LI's doesn't really matter. I only picked women and it still had George creeping all over her.

Creeping on her yes, but that is as close as it gets really in terms of lesbian route. George is a slease though, and he couldn't / wouldn't be any other way. He is the same in Jessica's Choices but City of Sin does have a lesbian route, obviously men are still in the world and where applicable will be assholes, I'm not going to just create female versions of George.

Episode 2 does explain a lot more, and I hope it will allow people to let the story be told, rather than it being shoved in there faces at the beginning and feeling like every detail has been described in one moment.

This is not meant as an insult, the graphics are amazing, but i have no clue what the game is about. I don't understand who she is, or what she is doing.

Are you kidding me?

That was one of my favourite parts about the game.
Instead of boring us to death with endless exposition dump like so many other games, this one dives straight into the action. And if you read between the lines you absolutely know what's going on.

God, I wish more games would take that approach instead of feeding us every information with a sledgehammer so a 6 year old can follow the story.
