Simple answer: No
There is no relationship system nor any benefits for keeping Claire's virginity.
What does N/A skills mean for example Seduction "Pretty Privilege". Not implemented at this state of development?

I cannot interact with the bed in Fairfelt manor to advance the quest and i am stuck. i see the little stars but no matter where i press in the cell I can't seem to be able to sleep.

I remember having similar experiences through the game too, you can try clicking around the spot or using the Enter key. For some reason the interaction is not very accurate in this game sometimes.
