As of now, only in the endings. However, if the game options are anything to go by, it is something that will be implemented along the way.

You have a point. The similar principle should apply for jobs.
LadyOfWoe do you know when the next update will be out? Anotheralt34 gave me a great idea for a mod that should be within my capabilities. However, it is going to take some time as I have to create a switch or two and apply them for many events. If the next update comes out a week or two after I complete the mod, then I am not sure if it is worth the time investment. Anyways, thank you for your time.

New updates seem to be monthly when they're on the update cycle for Claire's Quest, but I know that they're also working on the last big update for their other game so it's hard to say. I'd say there might be one or two more updates for Claire's Quest to iron out any gamebreaking bugs, and after that it'll likely be a dry period as they shift focus and work on the update for Overgrown Genesis.

Because I don't like being stuck.I don't get this viewpoint.
Isn't it far more fun to discover stuff rather than... being spoon-fed?
Is it really that scary to "miss" something?
It's like watching some guy play the game instead of you, i cannot imagine a more boring way to play a game.
Why even bother playing it if you already know it all?
Just download a save like the other suckers and jack to the cg's.
Because often things are intentionally hidden or unintentionally vague/unclear.
Because it is frustrating to realise you can't advance/do a quest/event chain because you failed to talk to someone back in the prologue.
Because I like completing the gallery and am not going to find 100% of all of the scenes in there myself.
Also, just because you don't get it is no reason to be condescending.

how am i supposed to get to Narfu with the road closed? doing the theives questline and need to get there.
Hey so quick question about the cheats. I am trying to decrease my Defiance but it keeps resetting back to its original number. Is this a bug or something?

Is it just me or does the area with the mercenary outpost (overrun by goblins) with the Dreadflies close off, once the mercenary quest is advanced? I'm trying to go back there to collect a stinger, but Claire just runs against the edge of the screen. Are there Dreadflies anywhere else? I don't think I have encountered any others...

Anyway, in case anyway is interested I am going to make a scene (re)play manager mod.
It will allow players to skip game over rape scenes and repeatable scenes from jobs (allowing players to earn money faster). Perhaps I will make it possible to remove the step cooldown from Claire's ranch as well.

This post will be updated regularly in order help me keep track of the progress made. Once the mod is complete, I will upload it to a new comment.
Observations:
- The monster rape scenes are not a common event. This means that I will have to find each monster and allow a skip switch for each one them.
- The same principle applies to the menagerie. This means that the mod will not affect the players who want to view the rape scenes on demand in the gallery (Thank God)
- I need to check each monster whether they have a custom move route or not.
- I think that Pigboss and Pigmen are the only causes Game over Rape Scenes before getting to Hookton.
Progress: Minimal
- I have created the item that will allow the players to skip game over rape and repeatable job scenes. (Players will be able to pick it up alongside kindling during the prologue or in the gallery in case they missed it.)
- The play can only have one copy of the item at any time (If you pick the item during the prologue, you can't get it from the gallery as well and vice versa). However, if for some reason you lose the item, you can visit the gallery and get SRM again.
- The item works like a book item. You press enter and you get 4 four options: Skip game over rape scenes, Do not repeat job sex scenes, disable ranch cooldown and exit. Right now only the Skip Game Over Rape Scenes (SGORS) switch has been created.
- Player can now see if SGORS is enabled or not and can change its status at will by using SRM. I will soon begin implementing the SGORS switch on each monster.
- After testing SGORS on slimes and if there are no game over scenes in Hookton I will create the Job Scenes Only Once switch (JSO2). As the name implies, once the player views a job related scene for the first time, they will be able to skip straight to the paycheck, allowing them to earn money faster.
- Something unrelated to SRM. Once Claire seduces Charlotte's son, the energy check will be lowered from 30 to 20

- I have implemented SGORS to all slime located in the Cup and Trotter basement, as well as the ones located in the Hilltop Inn basement. Not yet tested.

I got a weird bug. After I enter the Wayside Inn, I can't live. Claire keeps saying she shouldn't keep the high priestess waiting when I try to exit and everyone in the Inn calls her sister Claire. Anyone know how to fix it? I am on version 0.22.3 and used the updater in the gallery for my old save.

I got that as well. Use teleport cheat. If you encounter Charlotte after the bug, it solves itself somehow and can enter the inn safely.
Hey! So I haven't tried this at all so I'm unsure if it works I usually play the game from scratch since I love it so much but if you do some searching through your mac "Library" maybe in an application support folder or something there may be your saves from the MAC version. Then you can take the saves and move them to the WIN folder that holds the saves. It usually works for other games but I've never tried it.

two questions. how do you join the mercenaries, (none of the merc buildings recruit or anything)
and can you learn lockpicking, if you went the nobel slave questline (as you never get to hookton to learn it in the first place)
