I think the game loses momentum when scenes stop happening in various and sometimes immediate ways. what was pretty cool at the start was the moment to moment mini scenarios, how do i survive this, how do i get past this. I admit it's also cool to see claire growing some skills with the rangers and other people, but she has stop surviving and became the classic rpg protagonist that goes on every side quest that random people put her into, only she gets her ass pounded instead of fighting, wich is great.
can anyone please help how to access new quests such as that of the light house man and karland's father quest

I tried this a few years ago and stopped playing. Is it just me or did the art style get a huge upgrade? Looks amazing.

Does anyone know where to find the garlic and carrot for the cooking swine? I found chicken but can't find rest

Im dissapointed the south path is so much worse from a gameplay perspective.
I made 2 runs maximizing possible gains (yes, i minmax even in smutty rpgs, sue me) and found that north path enables you to:
1)learn lockpicking earlier,
2)get the animal farm license
3)get infinite gold from inn, as you can loiter in town forever
4)establish history with returning characters such as beth and charlotte
5)recieve just over double the possible stat gains. (+10 vs +21)
Objectively speaking, in gameplay terms the harder route traditionally yields a better reward for completion. Risk vs reward and all that.
The south path is narratively superior and clearly more story-involved, so it baffles me that its made the decidedly worse choice, where both difficulty *and* rewards are concerned.
Its obvious that it is the more recent addition of the two, as it clearly hasnt been playtested enough.

There are even more issues with south than that. If you go north, you get trained in the pit and end up in Rathpike. If you go south you are suddenly very experienced with sex and end up in Valos. Lots of things dont make sense anymore. The only thing that gives a plus for south is what happens to Mary and you get a bit more of back round from Claire with the brother/sister. But North gives an insight of what is behind the invasion. Sure, Mary's fate is a bit brutal, but it does make her memorable. In south she is just some kid that keeps clinging to your mothers skirt. I would recommend to everyone to go North. South only for people interested to replay an alternative route and go back to the north game when reaching Valos.

Is there still shota content in the game ? Skimming through threads, I can't tell if its been removed or not

Yes. Shota is still in the game. The Urchin quest line is one of the shota content in the game.
Yea too bad is the shotadom variety. As well as the possessed boy in the old house. The baker boy quest line can all so be considered shota (he is younger than Claire but not by much) , and at least that one is more femdom. There is all so a scene (again shotadom) with the gypsy girl quest line.
