So I haven't been around for a while, last I remember some nun scenes were around, but not much mindbreak, rather slutty.
Have there been like a good amount of updates since or did this also become a milk project? Also did I come just before or just after an update.

When i go to Chemont to try and to the "wolves at the door quest" Claire freezes and i cant move....
For those of you who have played through the game, which stat should I be concentrate on in order to progress through the game without too much headache while also seeing a good portion of the scene? I've glanced through the walkthrough (also why are some sections crossed out?) and it seems like depravity will unlock most of the later heavier scenes while defiance allows you to progress through a certain quest, but going for the depravity option will make you lose defiance, so I'm having a bit of paralysis by analysis here. If anyone can give a word of advice, I'd really appreciate it.

My advice would be to play through the game organically, then use the cheat menu to unlock the gallery once you're caught up, so you can see what you missed.
But to answer your question, focusing defiance/seduction make the game easier imo. Most scenes come from either picking the (obvious) wrong option or from getting caught by an enemy

I tried to proceed the game in a balanced way and have 20+ of each stat at the end of current content, excepts depravity which is 46 (and needed to be 30+ to unlock all the chemont content). According to the gallery, i've missed only scenes which can't be seen in 1 walkthru with their alternatives (male/female sisters line, different ways of arrival to the isles etc). Generally its enough to read the walkthrough carefully, make more saves (especially at strategic points) and replay all the ways at least a couple steps forward when the solution is branching.
After doing the second refuge quest i got softlock when entering the town through the forest in Valos.
Claire does a ! when looking at the ranger and then the softlock happens.

Thank you for the advice. After I gave the game two hours or so, I found the different options less daunting to progress through than the impression that the walkthrough gave me.
There is an overall optimal and intuitive way to progress through the prologue at least. Now I'm at Rathpike, I wish that I'd have gotten an extra point in intrigue as opposed to +2 depravity back in the prologue because the thief quest line has a miss-able event that requires 9 intrigue pretty early on. With intrigue at 6 and the 3 other quests accessible at that point that can give you intrigue, I'll have just enough for that.
Should be in the square with all the people, you need to have enough intrigue for him to become interactable tho.

I don' remember exactly, but you always can switch to another questline and get a missing stat point for this specific quest/scene, at least at Rathpike/Valos.
NB Walkthrough shows you all options available, it is not a strict road. Sometimes it's better to view all the options to choose better way for your personal style. As for prologue, I've chosen to arrive to isles via torture room and slimes caves

Well about that, there is one path/questline where Claire has the ability to grow a dick and impregnates a mans wife in order to help them have a child because the man was not able to do it himself, it wasn't for the purpose of humiliation but it should be noted.
For incest iirc need a confirmation on this one, there is a path if you get captured when leaving the continent which leaves you in between two nobles and if you progress it the right way it ends in incest between them.
As for pregnancy there is a decent exploration of that in monster bad ends even if she mostly gets pregnant with eggs but she is definitely being bred and it plays a role.
Unless by not explored you mean by an individual playing the game or something else instead of fetishes the game dips into.

the nobles route where she becomes a slave does end in incest, there will also be a pregnancy function later on but it is still being implemented. the new character preview on their patreon shows a nurse that will probably be part of that
I noticed in the walkthrough there are evens that has been croosed out. Are thouse events not accesisble and why ? All so are they wourh searching for an older version. For instance i saw that here was a female character - Sally that you can romance. Its something i like to see if its missing in the current version. Or they are not worth the trouble? All so how often is the game upg?

The walkthrough is from many versions in the past, before the complete remake of all the Valos and Rathpike content. Currently, if you try to download it it is in the creators trash bin on Google docs. Don;t bother - follow the hints and guide within the game and you will get to everything. You may not be able to unlock all the content on a single play through, but there are ways to unlock the gallery and other goodies...
