If you were a programmer, you'd know that sometimes: you find a bug. You fix it. You compile the program and run it. And you find three new bugs.You find a bug, you fix it. You move on.
That being said, you are correct in the case of this game. Both QA and fixing things on RPGMaker is not rocket science. It should be a matter of two weeks after a new alpha build, but I'm willing to bet the testers are volunteers so they don't even have deadlines.
If there even are any testers.
