Anyone know what should i do to continue with Isobelle quest after she became beastwife and now she want a child? I go meet the nurse (forgot her name) and got everything (maybe....Topgrade bestcum-Slime extract) she asking for but seems to be stuck and had no other option than just repeat the same sentence of what stuff i need.....or did i missing something?

devs just forget that they have a game to do. Only remember once a month when paycheck comes on card
It what happens with most games devs release a lot of content consistently early on, then when they've built a loyal following they decide to drip feed content, and have less and less updates per year.

You can either go the easy way and cheat like the person above said or try something like:

I hope the dev rebalances the coin earning or just the values, stuff like the ranch is very grindy.

Cause the guy is still getting paid despite the small amount of content he adds every 6 months. If patrons pulled their support he'll either abandon the game or work harder to get them back; I'd bet on the former.

"first game" lol. This is their first game. It simply got way out of hand. Overgrown was a side project that had a much more distinct vision with way less ambition, providing it a chance to actually be completed. Giant fantasy rpg is probably a bit more complicated than a short survival horror game. But yeah the pace of updates lately is getting a little sad... before they had the excuse of having a side project, now? Maybe just lacking motivation/inspiration to keep working on it? It Has been years. But it makes hella cash so they probably feel obligated to complete it or something. I do love this game a lot, I'd love to see it completed, But wouldn't be surprised if they just got a little tired of it after all this time.
TBH i 'd rather have them do multiple projects like overgrown than loose themselves in this never ending rpg. At the same time claire quest has all my favorite sex scenes in porn gaming... so...

Their completed first game was started after CQ and doesn't have anywhere near the same amount of content. I wonder how many patrons know that.
When Claire is being helplessly raped by monsters after desperately trying to evade them it's my favorite porn game of all time. It's a completely different game when she's an innocent girl being raped or molested than it is when she's a slut and begging for sex.
Has the mission she is stuck in been removed???? If not, how can I access the Scene?
