It's probably planned. Keep in mind this game let itself get way too big. There's several scene/character reworks, two whole new islands + the continent, + like 8 unfinished quests in rathpike alone all to work on. Bit too ambitious for it's own good. Best to just have patience. If it's any consolation, files have a pic of claire + mom + other blonde gal naked in bed together. Not just the usual clothed sleeping pose. So it'll Probably get there... eventually.

tbh tho, would be nice if the old art was replaced to fit the current style. kinda buzzkills those old scenes

I once had an argument with fan of another developer who was working (and still is working) on a game made in RPGM. They had whole team (!) to create game. And i was curious what the fuck is taking them so much time to release 3-4 scenes per year so i decided to try to develop game in RPGM. What i discovered was shocking. I was able to do the same amount of "programming" stuff in 2 weeks, working on it 2 hours/day with break. Why? Because its not programming. IN RPGM you have ready commands that you can use. It's more like a "programming" in Scratch that the kids in primary school are learning. So the "engine" and "code" stuff shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks for updates small like that. Add a week for some testing and polishing and you are done. The games made in RenPy are harder to make, because there you have to actually know how to code, and the Godot, Unreal and Unity are way higher lvl
My bet is that if someone is realeasing 2-3 scenes per 0.5-1 year, they are either milking they supports who never asked themself (does it really takes so much time to develop game in RPGM?) or their art creator is lazy, and he needs half a year to make art that he could made in that month. Or the dev is single guy working on it on free weekends.
I'm not suprised that some people who are supporting RPGM devs. Some of them, are having a good idea for games, even they art is brilliant. But you can find devs, who are working on differet engine that requires more stuff, they are working alone on art or they are paying artist to do some polishing stuff, and they are able to release 3-4x more stuff in game in like 2-3 months.
Look at the Claire quest. At first year or two, it was a cool game with interesting story and exceptional good art at that time with as far as i remember, decent time between releases. I have no clue when, and why this game turnes from "i have to run away from bad people and scary pigmonsters" to "lets put more lesbian/futa/horses" stuff. I feel like the main plot was abandoned years ago, and the only thing we are getting now are some side stuff to do.

I feel you on that last part I wish they’d stop doing all the lesbian, futa crap and just focus on avoiding bad guys and monsters they have way better sex scenes anyways lesbian sex is so fucking boring it hurts

tbf I'm here for the lesbian/futa/beast porn; but even still there should be a better progression of development at this point; and heck, they could tie the conflict of the story with the lesbian futa stuff by having the head-honchos be toxic lesbians.

Wasn't the borked save issue only when trying to play online on sites like gamcore?

I dont remember being unable to save ever being an issue. You do have to be careful with the F5 button, or the F4, at least 1 of those. It is the reload button.

Well to access the new Beth scene you need Beth at the breeding ranch. Then you need to get her pervertedness up by having her do a handjob then you just walk around for 200 steps and then go back and talk with Beth. You should be able to access the scene. But it's basically a step-by-step to unlock. But you have to have Beth at the ranch.

I could not find the pic of claire mom and other blonde naked in bed in the files. Its possible the developer removed it.

Strange. I checked & sure enough in 27.3 it's gone. I know it was there in version's 23-25... But I can't verify that claim, as I no longer have those versions anywhere. So I unfortunately can't double check... weird. I did also notice in the latest version you can't rest with them in chemont town anymore? At least, I remember you being able to rest more than just that one time for the quest...

And it's not just via JoiPlay. I remember way back, I've downloaded this game and play it on my laptop, and have the similar problem with the quest description getting cut like that.

Also, I tried the overgrown genesis, it have similar problem.

Came across it browsing one of my image folders, but i don't know where i got it from. Couldn't be the game itself though as it's in my Downloads, so probably an older Patreon post? Date is November 2023 though, so try the posts made in this thread around that time.

I had just downloaded the game off another site before and you couldn't even save which ruined me even wanting to play it so that's why i asked I think this game is great and has a lot of potential just wish they'd finish it already
