We still have Evelyn and Brutus sub-story before the Breeding Ranch questline will be finish. Then we have Genevieve and her questline that's tied to completing Beth's storyline for the Breeding Ranch. So we still have some time before these questline's are done.
They should just rename the game "Claire's bestiality kink" seen 80 % of the game sex is related to zoophilia. And they keep going on and on with the stupid ranch quest line that does not fit in to the world in any way. You have your monster rape scenes and rangers quests for that why shove in more of that type of kink ?!

that has been the focus of the game for a long while. aside from the rangers and ranch, there's also another unfinished beast questline lol

There's plenty of quest that doesn't focus on bestiality, like you got the Sister's of Fertility quest, you got the casino quest, you got the Tenant quest line about that apartment building you buy in the slums, you got the Urchin quest line, the Vikings quest on Rathpike. Plus many more that I can't think of on top of my head.
The only thing is that due to how infrequently this game gets updated, I can see the frustration. Also, the breeding ranch that you say "doesn't fit" can be the new home for both Claire and her mother, (and Marie should you rescue her with Claire's mother.) Plus, you need a home if you want to keep Claire's child when she becomes pregnant. It's just that the Breeding Ranch is one of several homes you can buy for that reason. (The apartment in the slums is another home you can buy. Not sure if there's another home to buy.)
Maybe the next update will have more content. But if you can draw, I'm pretty sure you could ask Dystopian Project if you can help. I unfortunately can draw worth a damn.

In two cases, Claire can randomly get pregnant and even give birth to a daughter. But there is no content itself. The heroine is simply locked in the hospital until she gives birth if you have not taken the abortion powder. There is no CG or additional content. What do you want from a game that has been in beta for 9 years
