And it won't be completed for a long time yet. The main plot of the game has not yet been completed. For now, side quests have priority. Over the next few years, the game will still grow.
Did developer still remember main plot tho? I'm under impression it been forgotten since revamp, you know when this game still quite lagging on MV. Rathpike attack, the third island (solerei or something), Demon attack or background iirc one quest relate to one of noble house on Valos. There been update on refugee quest even branching on early path, but kinda just there leave hanging again.

It good game, really too bad feel all over the place. Not complain about snusnu scene tho. I kinda give up on main story just collecting scene.

Like I said over a year ago in my last post on this thread, the devs have completely lost control of the story, where it was by accident or intentional, it has spiraled into development hell with the devs trying to square multiple story lines into something that is coherent AND still have the end game in mind.

Right now they have falled into the Queen Opala death spiral where each update only brings an almost token amount of pictures and progress to one singular branch of the story. Some say they are just milking the patreons and whales at this point, which I cannot say that they are doing a good job at refuting right now.

Their previous works were much better even if they have less content.

Been in an RPG phase recently and enjoying the "searching" in RPG. Overgrown Genesis led me to this novel. I do like the art style but the monsters in Overgrown weren't to my taste. The story was great, and that is what mainly led me to Claire's Quest.

I like the story and the art style, but as was mentioned in this thread recently, there appears to be a lot of Beastilary in this, and that is hell no for me. Thankfully, way this RPG setup, it appears you can be selective with what quests you can start, and it doesn't appear like they're tied together, which is a great thing. I can easily avoid the Beastilary, but really wish there were none at all in this.

Sadly, going to be a long wait for this to finish, as there are a lot of unfinished paths; naturally, it takes time to finish them. The fact that devs finished Overgrown gives me confidence that they will finish this.

I do wish the Futa path had a "neither route" instead of choosing submission or domination. I hope there is going to be a specific path with the fairies, where you do favours for them, but they seem to be part of other paths at the moment.

I think the Slums should be a bigger area, but I guess the underground (sewers) are technically part of the slums. Don't remember a way into the sewer area from the Slums? I forget.

The map is very well designed, and each part is fun to explore. So much replayable value to this as well, it's a well-made game.

One thing i admittedly like about the way the game implements content is that if your stats are high enough, or you make specific decisions, you can still do the quests without seeing that content. And i mean sure, some quests specifically have Claire assrailed by a horse (Breeder line) but quests like that are often easy to stay away from without missing too much.

As an English translator, I can say that they didn't forget anything, I translate the same thing every time: books, edit dialogs and so on. As said above, they close side quests, but they polish the main plot. When I started translating, 3 years ago, there was a quest that was closed, the point was to find friends on 4 islands, but now there may be 2 islands... but, Ankharad and Nordheim are being drawn, on the Сontinent... That tells me a lot, of course I could be wrong, it's just that, at the very beginning, 3 years ago, there was no Ankharad in sight. I have many examples of things that are not in the game, but are there and corrected every time. (DeepL)

I did not say that they forget anything, I said that they lost control of the story and the development of the game proper, there is a difference.

They did for a while, but as of a couple of updates ago i believe they decided to finish up the ongoing sidequests and focus more on getting the main plot going again.

Don't know where i saw it, but i think the intent was after Rathpike and Valos Claire would visit a port in the Continent for a bit with a force consisting of the allies she had found along the way, and then head for the other two islands? Been a while since i saw it so i'm going by memory, but i recall it was stated.

I actually prefer overgrown genesis, you have a cool zombie game, a curvy heroine.

While this girl looks very boring, I tried the game and wasn't intreasted, hope he soon finish this game and maybe make overgrown 2

I usually don't complain about the free stuff i get, and this game was something i always recommend to others but c'mon, this update was just....... boring. Especially the scene with Isander where he just fingers Claire and lets her go. Thats it? Thats all the action with this new, brute character? Honestly, very disappointing update.

i think i'm missing something but where is the ''rough sex'' in Isander x Claire scene? All i see is Claire getting fingered and / or being pissed on afterwards but thats all.
