Nope they did add an entirely different route during the prologue

This is just a fraction of what they're currently working on. There are also two islands left to fill with story quests: Trissengard and Sorraine. They'll have a similar amount of quests as Valos. But these are still distant plans; perhaps we'll know something by the end of 2026.
This mechanic will be expanded. But not anytime soon. It's just an additional way to earn cash. And an additional peeking scene, and if it gets really depraved, other interesting things. Little by little. Everything will be expanded. It's not just about satisfying your physiological needs.
And that entirely different route during the prologue is basically the only interesting thing that was added since I found the game years ago. It is the most substantial amount of content added since. So every patch seems.. subpar as does sadly the H-scenes.
No one asked for it though, I don't know why it was added in the first place. Unecessary addition that adds nothing to the game play.
Lmao, yeah, it might be in patch 0.32 then, with many quest lines still unfinished. Milk the patreons for money with zero effort.
100% it's one of the best parts of this game
