You can also find a crumpled letter in the lair, which will lead you to a guy who has its egg. Returning the egg also resolves the quest. Doing it this way gives you additional rewards if I am remembering right.
There are two ways. While searching in the lair, you can find explosives, a timer, and blasting instructions. With these things you can blow up the lair and bury it.

I was more wondering how you get to the Kraken as the old man won't let me pass.
He let me pass only after I became a mercenary, so go through that questline first I suppose.

hey guys is it possible to get the dog cum for doctors genevie quest coz i saw theres a place for it in gallery? also its mentioned in v 23.3 changelog theres a scene

No, it's not possible. I can be wrong, but imho all the new scenes in vv.23.x are around the continent (except a couple of dialogue changes).
likely tomorrow, in a few days at worst. Its going to finish the new prologue option.
