for M/M content you have to stay at the abandoned campsite instead of going to the women's rescue dorms since that leads to feminisation routes. though to increase your dicksize (through domming women (there's a chance for SPH content here) you have to stay at the Fairhaven House, mind you have to risk getting feminised inorder to get that pp bigger.
for staying as a shemale, you stay at the Fairhaven House, though you need to reject the "witch" 3 times and you're locked to keeping your peepee. Afaik you can still accept the BE dream and get your first size without the risk of getting a vagina. the witch appears after a while (ingame time a few weeks or so)
if you want to transform into a woman IMMEDIATELY, you go to the medical facility and go through the Male Birth Control paid trials, you get these by asking the receptionist.
Alot of the other trials increases your feminity but you wont have to get them. There's a consequence to a few of them, like forced to wearing heels, or sensitive skin that makes you only able to wear slutty outfits, among others.
nanobot trial at third event of it, gives you a BE event where you will permanently have fake tits instead of natural looking tits. They start at C/D cup. Depending on your current tit size.
On increasing feminity you first need to accept your predicament gradually by posing in front of the mirror, and doing "girly things" outside of that, like shaving your legs and private parts. going to the market in business district has 3 events, one of them is pseudo hypnosis event where you get a significant boost to feminity acceptance, but you will get 2 traits that will impact how your character is/acts
Doing sports like yoga gives another flexibility trait, that's linked to some masturbation events. and otherwise helps your fitness and hipsize can increase through this.
and most importantly for those who want M/M content, or M/F. Your arousal affects your feminisation, so keep it down if you want to keep it an all time low risk if you go to fairhaven to get that PP increased. You need to fuck and not get SPH'd 10 times with women to get one increase, there's a total of 4 sizes of dicks. largest size is 6 or 8cm if i remember correctly.
mind that most of the game is about feminisation and not so much M/M, it's there but not the main focus so you won't see masculine jobs and such.
