For the life of me I cant get these Images to load up when I use the qsp. I tried everything to get them to load even putting the Images files into the qsp file.
You have to have qsp that is on tf games (on the bottom of the page with this game).

I dont follow I guess that could be my issue. I have the updated images and everything but when loading the game it still does not show any imagesThanks, cheat mod updated. Not tested though, consider it a beta test

QSP file needs to be in the same directory that has the directories: Images, PockUni and Sounds, as all assets are relative to the location of the QSP file.

To set it up correctly create a new Folder called Clean Slate or whatever you like. Into that folder then extract the QSP player and all its accompanying folders. Into that same folder extract the Clean Slate files. So you'll have a file structure with 'Clean Slate' - or whatever you named it as the top level folder and inside that you'll have a load of sub folders called among other things Images, Audio, platforms, Sounds, styles, translations as well as numerous other files many of which are named Qt5****.
To play you then click on the Clean Slate QSP file and open it using the Qqsp. Once up and running you will see at the top left of the game four drop down menus Quest, Game, Settings and Help. On the Settings drop down ensure that in the Show/Hide part that you have Objects, Actions, Additional desc and Main Desc selected to show (ie ticked) - you can also have Captions ticked; that simply adds a label to each area so that you know which is which. You can alter the size of each area and drag and drop them into a position/layout that suits you best.
So after doing what you said still the images are not showing up, I even put the Images folder inside QSP folder nothing
Images folder needs to be in the same folder as the game file that ends .qsp

Take all the files inside the QSP folder and move them into this folder so you'll have the Images folder and then all of the contents of the QSP folder in the same folder.

Yep, you're actually intended to become female the normal way. The lab transform is for people who don't care for sissification and would prefer to do a mostly female start (like myself). Even if it's not your thing, I'd recommend you play it right at least once to get a feel for the intended speed, stuff can get a bit weird if you goo to fast.
