That's the mindset of a dev who wants their game to die. If you want to be successful at ANYTHING, you need to try to expand your customer base until you reach the point you'd consider it a success. There will ALWAYS be more POTENTIAL customers than customers you currently have. For example, Netflix has 301mil customers in a world with over 8bil people and has reached market saturation. Regardless of their spending, they aren't getting more customers, and despite spending significantly less in recent years, they aren't losing customers. This game is a long ways away from reaching market saturation. The current customer base isn't going any where unless there is a massive change to the content. The dev's focus SHOULD be on trying to appease those fringe elements, those people who could become customers.

And if Static wants to troll a troll, more power to him. Being able to handle such people has literally made countless peoples careers - from comedians, to writers, to streamers, etc. He's not sitting here arguing w/ anyone, he tore apart one dude with a sentence here or there.

At first it was annoying then i totally hated it.
The worst is that winning a challenge keeps you out of the interesting part of the game. That's weird, who wants to play a good girl who does everything right.

There are choices offered to you, literally multiple times, to skip ahead and not watch the scene. It's all a bunch of pixels, and I loved that SFA didn't hold back.

You know, I'll even say it out loud—I'm glad SFA committed to showing us a really mature and dark scene—Which is a true reality of this world. Things like this happen every single day in the magnitude of thousands, and yet, we shy away from a rape scene in an adult game because we like to be oblivious rather than face the true reality.

One of the advantages of not being on the shitty censorship platform of Patreon, is that SFA can fully commit to his vision for Cléo and Zoey, rather than self-censoring or toning everything down, trying to be non-offensive, and conforming to all the rules and looking out for Patreon Admins and Overlords like a sword hanging over his head.

Should the depictions of rape become prevalent? Not necessarily, but does it immediately set the scene? Yes.
