Also, some cheat engine direction could help, the game is toooo hard and autoclicker isn't enough since is all timing, I am trying to find the value ov your point and increase them, but without success :|

3 stars are pretty easy to obtain. All you need to do is pull the bronze pack until you have sex position cards x2. Just don't try to pull the gold pack the frist time.
Is it me or is this a big waste of time xD? Like, the timer thingie is cringe as hell, you can't unlock anything in the given time, it's only one position, is everything unlocked behind a Patreon code or something?
you can unlock things, you just have to reach at least 1 star, try with autoclicker if you find it hard to win a star; stay in the violet space to earn combo and when you have the violet zone on the right position use autoclicker for max points

not sure, but since "?" outfits are shiny versions of girls, i would suggest you can find them in lowest tier packs
