Still doesn't work after copying the save. Is the fault in the save file? Do I need to start a new game?
Yeah, it was a switch problem. Unfortunately, since you cant leave to reload the area, you will have to start from an earlier save before entering the mine.

I tried an earlier save, from before going up the mountain, that also didn't work. Already can't shoot when entering the mine. Don't know where the trigger is, but I guess it needs to be even earlier?!

DM me if you have an trouble. If you are using 0.28b, you shouldnt need the save file.
Empty vile can be purchased from general stores. I personally would skip helping him for the time being.
