Emma and Lily need more content, they are worse than side characters.. i sometimes even forget they are part of the main cast. Same could be said about Olivia to some degree.
Overall i think this game is on a very good path, it gets better and more interessting with every new release.
I'm very much enjoying myself.
My personal wishlist would include:
- more map locations to travel to (park, zoo, mall, museum, ect.)
- more smaller dialogs like gossip/rumors were you can get hits for the game
- schooling/classroom events
- more hostess club events/progress*
- Lilith and Mina hostess club events
- anal
*outside of the club they are whoring themselfs out on a school trip, but in the club there are only handjobs and dry humps

100% agree on emma and lily, on the other hand, olivia makes me wanna throwup everytime she comes on screen

Does pressing START do anything or is it stuck? There have been more people complaining about that, so I'm wondering if something's changed in RenPy that's making it more volatile than it was to begin with.

Yes, I agree with you. I'll be working on one soon. As soon as I figure out what it should look like. If anyone has good suggestions for sandbox games of this nature that have done it well, I could poach some good ideas from them.
Yeah, I know Lily and Emma have been neglected quite a bit. For the longest time most of the girls were neglected, but I'm slowly working my way through them. I'm working on a continuation for Samantha now, but after that it's either Emma or another Jennifer episode. Depending on whether I can finish up my idea for the next Ace Attorney but (courtroom drama).

Seems like something had turned off Anna's church routine, so she stopped going there. I'm not 100% sure what, but it could be one of my scripts that turn off routines temporarily failed to turn it back on. Or RenPy rollback is handling objects in a weird way again.
Anyways, I made a quick fix to the game where it should now detect if the church routine has been turned off without a good reason and turn it back on. It's not in the public version yet, but here's a save for you where it's enabled again.
When I assign a teacher to one subject, it assigns thems to all subjects, is this intentional?

One teacher fills all the slots? Nah, that's not intentional, and that's the first I've ever heard that happening. Sounds weird enough that might I ask for some details, what's happening specifically?
If you're looking at other games for inspiration specifically regarding quest tracking and progress system, I think Agent17 has a really good one that could give some inspiration for this game as well.
Love & Sex Second Base has a good one too.
Though Agent17's style progress map probably fits this game, and the direction I'm feeling it wants to go to.
Question is probably how to properly integrate it in a fitting way.
Generally though, I have so far really enjoyed this game, but I do agree with the beforementioned critique, that is feels really unfinished at the moment. (probably because it is
)For me specifically, it could use a lot more minor misc. interactions and activities with the girls to which they could respond in their own ways which also fleshes them out a little bit, makes them a bit more "alive".
Also, regarding the hostess club events, I do hope that there'll be a bit more action there in the future. Both the pure and corrupted kind.
Either way. Nice game with great potential. Will definitely be watching as it progresses
