It's intended to be an activated (consumable) buff eventually, yes.

chance to increase upon a full boob clip, the balancing of those values is something I hoped I'd get better data on with this release, so... thanks! Will definitely increase the difficulty with that one
The reason why swiping feels a little harder on the danger level is because I actually track
when you are swiping and increase the danger more depending on how far away you are from the moment of the boob drop.
