once you've seen all 3 rewards at least once the scene no longer triggers and you get the normal night choice menu.
use the gallery for a replay.
I left it for two weeks in the game but every time I ask her for a cleaning I always get the level 1 scene with her

Were you ever a member of my discord? If so, you might have been banned at some stage for whatever reason (compromised account, etc...)
