Thanks everyone who answered, turns out the person who had problems was only unlucky (and not patient enough) in not finding WW in her room at nights (there is a random number generated each day which determines where each girl is going to be that day).

Ah. so that is why. I managed to play twister with her but it took quite a while before she showed up in her room.
I had not realized it was random

I am conflicted. Normally I would want the patch, but this game is so over the top with it, going as far as inventing the term "landboy". That it just turns into part of the humor, and I do not want to miss out on the jokes it is making in that regards by installing the i-patch

The landboy jokes in the intro remain with the patch, only dialogues with Captain MILF and Powergirl seem to have changed as far as I can see (from an outsider point of view obviously...)
