Doesn't matter, both paths have their advantages and disadavantages. For my next replay I am going to choose Hero. But that is because my last path ended up Villain.

I see. But what are the main differences between the paths? Are there exclusive missions/quests and characters for each path? Or is it more about dialogue and the story?
As far as I know you can do all missions and quests on either path. There are some scenes that are exclusive for a path. Like Angela for hero and Demona for villain. It is indicated in the gallery for a scene when hero or villain is required. See for example the gallery for Emma Frost that has a villain scene.
Edit: for v0.8 I see two villain items and one hero item (apart from the Angela and Demona items that are obviously path dependent). Not a big difference as there are more than 100 gallery scenes.

EDIT: Just talked to superman and upgrading my super strength unlocked pretty much all what's needed (you get a big hint when he wakes up next).

My "superhero/villain" score is 2, I finished all quests and missiond up to 4. Looks like I need to level up to level 2 but I can't? I finished supegirl objective and tried to meet CM in the gym but she refuses me (saying I need level 2).
So guessing that I'm on a bad route, I went to talk to Lois about Harly Quinn but she only gave me a few words and that's it, there's no longer anything about HQ or her location after that. There's no place at parkour horb thing.
I just noticed my super strength is 1 but I couldn't find any place to level it? Maybe it's that. I tried multiple times with wonder woman and black widow but nothing.
I'm stuck?

The equipment items will become handy when required in the game, there is no need to equip or unequip them.

Go to Cap. Milf in Hall at night, but there is only 2 options

Quests and missions have to be done in order. Have you even done mission08 and quest07 yet?
