Can play in English by deleting the ExternMessage_jp.csv file in the data folder and then renaming ExternMessage_en.csv to ExternMessage_jp.csv.
someone, please do mediafire or something else. 15 hours to download 2 gb is crazy

yes, it works, you can rename ExternMessage_jp.csv to another or delete it and ExternMessage_en.csv should be renamed to ExternMessage_jp.csv
