I think that a completed game means that base game content remains the same. Any expansion is done through DLC; the developer confirms DLC are to be made for his two latest titles. "There will definitely be DLC for the game Witch 3" refers to Witch 3's latest release "Mad World."

There is no complete version, dev abandoned it and then just said "fuck it" and made a sequel anyway apparently

I can't get this game to launch, it looks like to keeps trying to launch through Steam (even adding it to my library). I tried to launch it with Steam closed but it didn't open. CODEANDORA 2 works fine it's just this one. I am using Linux and both Wine and Proton didn't work.
